The seafood is delicious and the place is addictive already after trying it the first time. The plateau is fresh and tastes amazing; I specially enjoyed the lobster, king crab, and oysters, which were so good that they didn't need any sauce. The most memorable is the foie gras (complex but beautiful flavor profile), which I'd love to have everyday if I could. I also ordered the mushroom tart, escargots, and scallops (main, very interesting palette profile).

We had a fantastic evening at Brasserie Le Brun in Bar Harbor! The French-inspired ambiance was elegant yet welcoming, perfect for a special night out. Our server was exceptional—attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely warm, making us feel right at home. The highlight of the meal was the mussels, which were absolutely divine—perfectly cooked in a flavorful broth that had us savoring every bite. The cocktail menu, especially the Rob Roy, paired beautifully with the cuisine, showcasing their skill behind the bar. Every dish felt crafted with care, using fresh, local ingredients. Highly recommend Le Brun for anyone seeking a memorable dining experience in Bar Harbor! We’ll be back!

Absolutely excellent service and delicious seafood. We were prevented about loud music as we were coming with kids. As we are Ukrainians, the waiter was speaking some Ukrainian words, and it’s just amazing! Thanks for your support and atmosphere

This place is unique, and an incredible place to dine in. If you're in the mood for something other than seafood and want a high quality dining experience, this is a great option. The decor and atmosphere were high end and stunning. We chose this place to go for my husband's birthday, and we're glad we did for a number of reasons, but the setting of Brasserie made his birthday felt that much more special. The food? Impeccable. I'd have eaten here every day if price wasn't a factor. Every single thing we ordered looked artistic and delicious, and tasted out of this world. Also, the service was great- I believe our bartender was named Kylie (she had a cute butterfly hair clip- shoutout to her style as well), and she was kind, on point with her service, fun to talk to, and very attentive. Coming here was definitely a bit of a splurge price-wise, however with it being our honeymoon & my husband's birthday, we knew we wanted something extraordinary, and that's exactly the experience we received by choosing to eat here.

Absolutely delicious! We have steak poivre which had a beautiful crust, the meat was excellent. The chicken went super well with the filling and the sauce. Wanna try everything from their menu.

This place is wonderful! We came to visit from Florida and were looking for the perfect date night spot. We sat at the bar and had a five star experience. The bartender gave us great tips about the area and wonderful recommendations of the menu. We ordered the short rib and the duck and were very impressed with the food. Don’t leave here without trying the oysters!
